Stress Is Really Detrimental

Stress is very detrimental to a person’s life and health. Awhile back I was in a bad relationship and it caused me a lot of un needed and definitely unwanted stress. The stress led to a multitude of health problems ranging from increased issues with gall stones and digestive problems to hair loss. The hair loss was actually so bad that for awhile I thought I was going bald and started using hair growth shampoo, which didn’t really help the situation because the stress was still prominent in my life.

Once the stress level reached a high point, I decided that I simply couldn’t deal with it anymore and ended the relationship. After a few months, and things started to settle down for me and the stress was minimized, I started feeling better. My health improved, my hair stopped falling out and my skin even started to clear up. That’s why now, I try to spend more time on myself, relaxing and enjoying life. I don’t want to let things get to me like they did and I don’t want to feel like that ever again.

Another Blog Site Maybe

Lately I have been thinking of starting up another blog. I want to do something like a review site or something but I am not sure exactly what type of review site. I mean there are a ton of them out there already so I definitely want to do something different, but I’m not sure what yet. I’ve got to come up with an angle. I was thinking of doing reviews on mostly feminine products, just things women mostly use like sanitary products, anti wrinkle face creams, cleaning products, cosmetics, jewelry and other stuff like that.

I’m not sure how many sites out there do reviews specific just to women’s products but I think it might be a nice idea. I like the thought of getting free stuff to review also. I know that some places to do that, they give free samples and free products for review sites to review and give their opinion on them. I think that’d be cool

Some time last year I signed up for some program where you scan every single item you buy at the grocery store and you send it in to this company via your telephone line and they supposedly give you discounts on stuff. I think it’s called "shopper’s advantage" or something like that. Anyway, I tried it a few times but I decided that the so called discounts you get just aren’t worth the time you have to put in scanning every single item.

Well, so I blew off doing it and then forgot all about it. Until yesterday when these people actually sent me a collections letter from some dumb collection agency saying that I owe them so much money for the barcode scanner that they sent me. Serious? Well, they never even sent me any information or a formal request to send the thing back. First thing Monday I’m going to ship it back to them because I am not paying some stupid collection agency $300 for that thing. Ridiculous.

Anyway, I don’t even know what was so great about that company because they supposedly were supposed to give me some coupons and what not but I never even received them.
