The Hampton Chain Of Friends Sweepstakes

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Hampton Hotels. All opinions are 100% mine.

Seriously, who wouldn’t absolutely LOVE to have an entire hotel just for themselves and their friends for an entire weekend? I know I would! That’s the Grand Prize in the Hampton’s Chain of Friends Sweepstakes! There are also 100 First Prizes, which are weekend stays for the lucky winners and three of their friends.

If you are looking for a way to reconnect with friends this summer or you just want to get away for a couple of days, then you should definitely check out the Hampton Chain of Friends Sweepstakes. It’s actually very easy to enter. You simply visit their website and fill out the form with the required information.

I’m entering the sweepstakes myself. I realize the importance of spending quality time with friends and I think that this would be the perfect way for some of my friends and I to reconnect. It’s been awhile since I got to hang out with them. Other than a baby shower for my cousin that I attended last weekend, I haven’t gotten to see my friends very much at all. Life gets hectic and sometimes we forget we need to make the time to spend with those we care for.

If I were lucky enough to win at least one of the 100 First Prizes, I think I’d like to go to Vegas or Hawaii. Either one would be great! I have never been to either place and I have friends in both places. I would definitely invite my best friend and her husband along for the trip as well as my cousin. I don’t currently have a boyfriend and I don’t plan on having one for a very long time, so that’s not even a concern. More than likely I’d choose Hawaii, because it’d probably be one of the only times I’d actually get to go to Hawaii. Look at me, already planning the trip and I haven’t even won anything.

Other People’s Children

My son is having a friend sleep over. His friend has been here since Monday and is going home tomorrow. I don’t mind when he has friends over, and this one in particular has been his good friend for a very long time, so he’s spent quite a bit of time over here. I just wish that he understood that he has to follow the rules when he’s here. At his own house, it’s probably easier for him to get away with things because his parents are both deaf but here I am very aware of everything that is said and done so he can’t get away with much.

Anyway, I took the kids out to the archery range earlier this evening so that my son could practice shooting the bow and arrow. I let his friend use his bow for a bit and I told him there are certain rules that needed to be followed but he decided he was still going to do his own thing with the bow and began shooting arrows straight up into the air. I guess he doesn’t realize that they are pointy and when they come straight down they could land right in his skull. I took the bow away from him after that, and after having already told him once previous to that to be careful where he shot it. He also aimed it at my son once and had it all pulled back and ready to shoot. So yeah, I think that will be the very last time I allow him to take his friend to practice shooting with him
