The boy brought home his report card last week. Weird timing, usually they bring home their 2nd report cards BEFORE Christmas. He’s doing well in all subjects, with science still being his best and favorite. His averages for this half were all A’s, which is good. He just seems to not be as interested in reading and school as he used to be. I try to encourage him though.

Anyway, The Houston Museum of Natural Science is having a really cool exhibit starting at the end of February. I’m going to take the kiddo to see it. It’s called Magic: The Science of Wonder.. combining two of his very favorite things: Science and magic. I think it’ll be a fun time and I haven’t been to the HMNS in so long. He goes once a year with his school, though.
