So lately I have been pretty impressed with Eric’s behavior. He’s been getting no conduct marks at school and both of his teachers have nothing but good things to say about him. I love that, it makes me feel so proud. At home, he’s been doing great also. For awhile there he had started talking back and acting out a little bit but lately he’s been so polite and respectful. I thought I’d have better luck creating a treatment for acne that actually works than getting my son to say “yes ma’am” and “no ma’am” to me consistently, but he’s doing it. I’m impressed!
Anyway, they aren’t doing much at school for the next two weeks because it’s the end of the year. I can’t believe there is only two weeks left of school. It went quicker than usually this year. Time passes so quickly, it’s like if you blink you’ll miss it. He’s growing up so fast. I really can’t believe my child is going to be in 4th grade this year. I’m trippin!

I love the internet. I don’t care what anyone says. The internet is amazing. Where else can you buy just about anything you want and need without even leaving your home? There are websites for everything. Shopping online is so easy, and there are so many websites that offer price comparisons and product reviews that you are almost always able to find the best prices on anything and you can comparison shop and read reviews before you buy anything. Whether you are shopping for a new outfit, some electronic equipment or looking for the best weight loss product the internet has you completely covered. Did you know you can even buy ice cream online? You pay a pretty penny in shipping though because it has to remain frozen but still. For people who live in the north and want to taste the best ice cream ever (Blue Bell), that works out great. Like I said, I love the internet!

Well, I don’t have to tell my regular readers that this single mother is a shoe addict. I have so many shoes that it’s not even funny anymore, and I can’t help myself. I continue to shoe shop whenever i have extra money. It’s just what I do. So, tonight I was browsing around, not even looking to buy anything really and I found this amazing pair of Dansko shoes. I love them so much! They’re called “Mae” and the color is Pomegranat. They are perfect for me. So I ordered them, of course. I can’t wait until they arrive!!
