Cleaning Out The Car
We were cleaning out the car the other day and I guess it’s been awhile since it’s been cleaned out because I found some stuff I hadn’t seen in awhile. It’s not that the car is overly messy, it’s that sometimes things fall down between the seat and the console and aren’t seen again for a really long time. one of the things that I found was my old watch. I had been wondering where it went, but I didn’t even think about looking down in the seat because I don’t know how it would have gotten there. It must have fallen out of my purse or something one day when I tossed it in. Anyway, the watch no longer works so it’s useless to me. I don’t know if having been left in the car and exposed to the heat or the cold caused it to stop working, but either way it doesn’t work at all. I tried a new battery and still nothing. I’ve had it a very long time, though so it’s about time for a new one anyway. So I started looking around online at watches. I do most of my shopping online, so this will definitely be no exception. While I was looking for a watch for myself I saw some really nice Luminox watches and thought maybe Chris might like one. I bought him a watch many years ago and he never wore it, but I think it was because it was too dressy. He’s into more sporty looking watches so Luminox would be perfect for him.
Eric saw me watch shopping and decided he wanted to look at watches, too. Even though he already has 2 watches his argument was that both of his watches are little kid watches and he wants a grown-up watch. Well, I doubt I’ll be buying him a Luminox watch because they are rather expensive and he is only 9 years old after all.
