For quite a long time now, I’ve thought about getting into the real estate business. I think the ideas started back when I was looking for my first apartment and I realized that there are alot of different career paths within real estate that can prove to be very financially gratifying. Not long ago, though, I heard about a different time of business that involves real estate investments. I also read about a real estate investment college called Nouveau Riche. The courses at this University are specifically designed to teach students the how-tos of real estate investing and real estate investment concepts and strategies. Nouveau Riche University can also help build the confidence of future real estate investors while they learn all of the procedures and rules of real estate investing. Students can participate in case studies as well as role-playing exercises that will help then retain information so that they can become better real estate investors. The University also offers hands on experience for students so that they can build their confidence and gain more knowledge of how the real estate investment game works. Also, Nouveau Riche is now on Facebook, so go check them out for more information.

My son came to me the other day and told me that there are some older boys on his school bus that are making fun of him and calling him names. He was very distraught over the whole situation and it really upset me that these kids made my son cry. He’s in 3rd grade and they are 5th graders. He started bringing his MP3 player to listen to on the bus so that he wouldn’t have to hear these little brats but they have taken to pulling his headphones out of his ears so they could continue to call him names. He’s a little chubby, but that’s really no reason to call a child fat and make fun of them like that. Children can be so damn ugly. I’m not saying my son is innocent, because he has had his share of moments but it breaks my heart to see him cry because of some cruel remarks made my ignorant kids. I am debating on whether or not I should call the school and have a word with the principal but Eric doesn’t seem to want me to do that. I asked him to ask the bus driver if he could switch seats, because the seats are assigned but he said he already did and she wouldn’t let him. I really don’t know what to do in this situation, because I don’t want to embarrass him by calling the principal which could actually result in the taunting and teasing to become worse or if I should just start driving him to school like I did when he was in kindergarten. Hmm.

Being that I am half German, I’ve always wanted to visit Germany and learn more about my heritage and my German relatives. I have a friend, Angela, who is German and had lived here in the states for awhile but then decided to head back to Germany. She said she likes it better there. We’ve kept in touch throughout the years and she’s told me alot about the German culture and way of life. She’s kept me informed on such things as popular music, movies and sports. One of the most popular sports in Germany is the Golf sport. The people of Germany seem to take the sport of golfing very seriously.
In Chiemsee Bavaria there is a Golf club that has everything to do with the sport of Golf and offers a wide range of services to help you improve your handicap and teach you strategies. I haven’t ever played golf, but if I did ever get to visit Germany like I hope to one day, I think since it’s such a prominent sport in that country that I might have to learn how. I think it might actually be fun, but I’d probably need alot of practice to even avoid looking like an idiot. They’ve even got a blog so that you can read all about their Golf club. If you plan on visiting Germany anytime soon, I would recommend checking it out.
Something else that might be of interest is that the largest golf shop in Germany, Golf Platzreife, offers all of the best brand names in Golf and even offers immediate shipping or delivery. You can also get professional consulting, use their golf course and receive coaching as well as training from Monday through Thursday. This bit of information is quite helpful to me because like I previously stated I don’t know how to golf.
