Christmas Gingerbread House
Last night Eric and I made a gingerbread house thingy. It was actually a kit I bought at Target. Last year we did one also, but I like this year’s alot better for some reason. One thing I noticed is that the gingerbread last year tasted horrible and disgusting. We couldn’t’ eat it. This year it’s actually edible. (We didn’t use the fireplace so we ate it.) 
Anyway, it was fun, and we enjoyed ourselves. I guess this is sort of turning into a yearly Christmas tradition for us. The only thing that I don’t like about the whole thing is that they make the gingerbread house in the picture look perfect but it’s impossible with the items they give you to make it look like that. Specifically, they don’t include a tip for the icing, so you are stuck with big globs of it coming out. That’s ok, I think we did a good job.
Oh and for those of you who don’t read my other blog, my infection is getting better. I’m not out of the woods yet so to speak, but it’s getting better.
