New Jeans For Eric
Eric missed school yesterday because he was at my mom’s. I wasn’t what was going to happen with my Doctor appointment and I didn’t want to have to keep having my parents drive back and forth. He doesn’t miss very much school, so I figured it would be alright. Anyway, it’s been pretty cold the past couple of days. I’m glad I bought Eric some new jeans. He had outgrown his old ones. I don’t get the sizing differences between different brands, though. I bought him a pair of jeans at Target and then I bought him 3 pairs of jeans from Sears. The Levis from Sears are 2 sizes smaller than the jeans from Target and they fit exactly the same. It confuses me. Either way, with the weather the way it is, he needed the jeans. My mom has to always hem them because I have to get him a big size but they are always too long. So she hems them up a little bit so that they don’t drag the ground when he walks. She also makes it so that if he grows taller she can take the hem out a little and change the length of the jeans. Pretty thoughtful.
