At This Hour..?

It’s just after 4 A.M and I’m awake. I’ve basically been doing nothing but sleep because I have a fever, I’m in pain, and maybe the medication I am taking is making me sleepy. I’m not really sure. All I know is that I feel exhausted. I set my alarm for 4 A.M because that’s when I had to get up to take this medicine. I’m not sure if it’s working, though.

Anyway, I woke up earlier from a really scary dream and although I can’t remember what it was, it still has me creeped out for some reason. When I first woke, I had a brief recollection of the dream, and I was frightened, but it faded from my memory pretty fast. It’s been a long time since I have had a nightmare so I’m wondering if it’s the medication.

Eric called yesterday to check on me. My mom said she’s going crazy hearing “Who you gonna call? Ghostbusters!” so many times. She said that he puts it on when he goes to bed and then after he falls asleep, you know how DVDs have that part where you can do the scene selection or play and all that? Well it plays over and over during the night and she said she’s been dreaming of ghostbusters and having to get up and turn it off. I find that humorous. When I bought him those movies I figured he’d like them but I really didn’t know he’d want to watch them every night. Funny kid.

Well, I’m going back to bed I think.

I think it’s hilarious that your kid is watching that movie over and over and even while he sleeps. Yuck about having to take the meds so early in the morning and nightmares too.
