Sick Of These Migraines
I think I’ve mentioned before on this blog that I suffer from migraines. Sometimes they are so bad that I have to actually just lay quietly in the dark and with absolute silence. I know for a fact that I’ve written about my leg pains. The leg pain is worst when I’m sleeping. Anyway, when I was at my friend’s baby shower I got to talking with my son’s great aunt and she told me that she purchased these things called magnetic bracelets that help to alleviate some of her joint problems and also her headaches. Even though I’m not big on jewelry of any sort, I am kind of curious about these things. After doing some research, I’ve learned quite a bit about them and how they work. They basically help to increase blood flow through the body while the magnetic field relaxes surrounding muscle of the affected area. Magnets also impede the ability of our nerve cells to transmt pain messages to our brain, thus alleviating pain as well. I’ve heard alot of good things about magnetic products and I am seriously considering giving them a try. My son’s great aunt can’t say enough positive things about them.
