HGTv Is My Fave
One of my favorite cable tv channels is HGTv. I love watching their shows about buying and selling homes, as well as the shows about interior design. IN particular, my favorite show is called House Hunters. The last one I watched was about a family who was challenging a Wilmington NC real estate agent to help them find a home for their growing family. The house hunters go to see several houses, but they only show the top three on the show, and then at the end of the show they choose which house they would like to put an offer on. It’s pretty interesting, and I feel I’ve learned alot about the real estate market, as well as what sells a house and what can keep potential buyers from making offers. It’s also great entertainment.
