If she works there she needs to know all their programs, but this is FEMA, so they don't. They are denying us too because we have homeowner's insurance, but they're not going to pay for everything. For example, they're not going to cover the generator we bought at all, so that's money we're out. Sure we're glad we have it, but still. I suppose that's why we all have to save for a "rainy day" because we can't rely on anyone else's help. That’s not right at all for the lady to be denying this program’s existence.
