So this morning my child wanted to go to Walmart with the grandparents. He doesn’t get to go to Walmart very often because I’m not a fan of that place, and I don’t shop there unless I absolutely have to. Anyway, he had $2 and I figured he was anxious to spend it since any type of money at all burns a hole in his pocket. (Is that the saying?) Anyway, so he came back with this disgusting junk called Potty Putty. It’s this rubbery putty type of subtance that comes in a plastic container that is shaped like a toilet. Yes, a toilet. He says it’s called Potty Putty because when you squish it back into the container it makes these horrible “noises”. I was going to take a picture, but he insisted on a video. I don’t know how the sound quality is on this thing because like I said previously, I forgot to bring the speakers.

As sad as it sounds, I brought my desktop computer with me when we evacuated. My laptop is still broken (which is a different story altogether) and I simply couldn’t see leaving my new computer there to be obliterated if that hurricane had taken my apartments out. I also packed up my kiddo’s computer. His is even newer than mine. It would be such a waste. The only problem is, I forgot to bring the speakers. I figured my monitor has speakers so it wasn’t necessary to bring them, but I forgot to bring the cord that connects the the sound, or whatever. So now I’m stuck with no sound whatsoever. The worst thing about that is I love listening to music while I surf the net and I love youtube, which would be pointless without sound. I guess the one good thing about not having sound is I don’t have to listen to the music that some people have on their page. I hate that. When you are surfing and come across a page that auto plays music… that’s so rude. So I guess there’s a plus to this no sound thing. Heh.
