I sometimes think I’d much rather live in a house as opposed to living in this little apartment. Not all the time, because a house is alot more work at upkeep than an apartment is, but in an apartment I can’t do some of the home improvement things I’d like to do. I’d like to redo my bathroom and give myself a garden tub, and I’d like to redo my son’s bathroom and give him a walk-in shower. I also would like to make some changes to my bedroom, and put in a window seat. I guess that’s not going to be happening anytime soon though, I don’t even think they’d give me permission to paint my apartment!

I’m feeling kinda lonely and I’m home all alone since Eric’s at my mom’s. I had to take him to my mom’s because I have 3 doctor’s appointments right in a row on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. I miss him though, and I wish that my parents lived closer so that I wouldn’t have to drive him so far out for so many days. If they lived closer I could just drop him off for a few hours and pick him back up.. but with gas prices being the way they are and with the time it takes to drive all the way out there, it’s just not possible.
I went to a new psychiatrist today. She’s alright I guess. She kept asking me about my son, and how I got along with being bipolar and having a kid. I think she was just wanting to make sure I didn’t mistreat my son or whatever. I wouldn’t ever do that, bipolar or not. But I guess I can understand her concern… I’ve heard some crazy stories about that kinda stuff. I love my little (not really little anymore) punkin way too much to ever cause him harm like that.

I was in the hospital having surgery on my boyfriend’s birthday, so I wasn’t able to do anything special for him. I wanted to get him something, but I had been in the hospital for several days.
