Acne and Breakouts
Believe it or not, I sometimes still get breakouts. Yes, at my age. I feel awkward about it because I am a grown woman and a mother, and I suffer from acne. I am constantly on the lookout for better treatment, and ways to prevent further breakouts. I get them mostly around “that time of the month” and also when I am feeling kind of stressed. I always thought it did, and I would avoid chocolate sometimes for fear that it would cause a breakout. The sad thing is chocolate is one of my favorite things, so I did feel I was missing out.
