An old friend from high school owns her own candy making business in San Antonio, Tx. She recently contacted me because she knows I’ve been looking for a job and she is expanding to Austin. Basically she’s wanting me to look into setting up appointments for her and I to go look at Austin Commercial Real Estate to find the right location for setting up shop. She’s looking to set up a deal with the Don Cox Company, because they have a reputation for negotiating the best office leases and purchase agreements. She wants to move quickly so hopefully they can set something up soon. I’m not exactly sure if I want to take her up on her offer, because I’m not to keen on the idea of relocation.
