The boyfriend and his mother are co-owners of a house in New York and they are planning to sell and relocate to Long Island. Being an avid fan of HGTV I can say I’ve learned quite a few things about the Long Island real estate and the real estate market in general. I know that if you want to get top dollar for your property, you have to get yourself a realtor who knows what they are doing, someone with experience. Prudential Douglas Elliman has 60 offices serving all areas of New York, and can help any purchaser find exactly what they are looking for. They offer relocation services as well and have been in the real estate business for over 92 years.

As I’ve said time and time again, I am a proud subscriber to the Steve Spangler science eNewsletter. This week in my email is an “experiment” on gardening with water jelly crystals. Using these water jelly crystals helps conserve water, which in today’s world is an important issue. The real name for these crystals is polyacrylamide copolymer gel, and is non-toxic. The crystals are sold under the trade name of Hydrosource and Soil Moist. One pound of Hydrosource will absorb up to 35 gallons of rainwater or snowmelt, and 20-25 gallons of tap water, depending on it’s salt content. Anyways, I could go on and on, but I’ll just link you so that you can check it out for yourself. If you are interested in gardening or conserving water, or just want to check out some of the cool experiments then feel free. There are several different experiments that you can try with this stuff, but since we haven’t actually done any yet, I’m not going to post them up. If anyone uses these or has tried any of these experiments at home, comment and let me know how you like them. I’d really like to know. Are you a fan of Rap music? I like some Rap music, but I sometimes get confused as to what they are actually saying. If you are like me, you sometimes have to look up Rap Lyrics to figure out the exact words to some of the songs. This one site called RapArtists.com has tons of different Rap lyrics. They just added a bunch of new stuff and right now I’m searching Jay Z Lyrics for a friend. I wouldn’t recommend listening to some of these songs with your kids around though, just a warning, lol.
