We All Need A Break Sometime

Being a single mom I know what it’s like to feel like taking a break sometimes, just wanting to get away. I also know that not all of us can afford to just take a vacation. Single parents usually don’t have that extra money laying around. That’s why I’m glad I found this website that offers
Vacation Loans. Anyone with a valid checking or savings account, a verifiable job, and a phone number can qualify for a vacation loan of up to $1000 cash. Now it’s simple and easy to get that vacation you deserve.

Static Electricity

Wanna teach your youngin about static electricity? Here’s a simple but fun project that Eric and I found in one of his science experiment books.

Bending Water

What you’ll need:
An inflated balloon
A sink with a water faucet

Instructions:
1. Turn on the faucet and let the water run into a small, steady stream. It’ll need to be about 1/8th of an inch thick.

2. Rub the balloon on long dry hair several times to charge it. (You may also charge the balloon by rubbing it back and forth on a sweater.)

3. Slowly bring the balloon near the stream of water and watch the water “bend” towards the balloon.

It’s that simple!!

Explain to your child how the charge of the balloon attracted the neutral water and that’s why the water moved towards it.

**If you don’t have a balloon, you can use a comb instead.**

Make learning fun!!!! If you have any ideas that you would like to share or that you’d like me to blog about, I’d love to hear from you.

:)
